BuyBackWorld's 12-Month Warranty covers any and all product defects (hardware and software), or any malfunction of the phone independent of your use (such as touch-sensitive malfunction, battery failure, pushbuttons, etc.).  

If your device shows any signs of malfunction, contact our team with your order number to start your warranty claim. Once we receive the device, Our team will either repair the device or send you a replacement that is fully functional.

What is Covered? 

  • Technical defects
  • Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials

What is not covered?  

This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:

  • Transportation or storage
  • Issues caused by third-party software or unauthorized repair
  • Improper use; failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance
  • Any components added since the item 12-month-warranty was originally sold
  • Normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Dropping your device and cracking it, damaging it, scratching it, breaking it, etc.

How to make a claim: 

Simply email us  with your order number and we’ll send instructions on how to return your device, along with a prepaid return label. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return. This helps us cover our shipping costs, and helps us maintain our incredible pricing.  Please note, that if the device you originally purchased is not available, our team can only issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. 

 30-DAY RETURNS

Our goal is for you to fall in love with your new device, and if that isn't the case our team is happy to accept any return for any reason within 30 days of shipment. We will accept your device back and apply a refund usually within 1 business day. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return. This helps us cover our shipping costs, and helps us maintain our incredible pricing
 
If your device is having any functionality issues, you are still covered past the 30 days. We offer a  12 month warrenty on all our devices. Physical damage, water damage, or similar issues will result in voiding your warranty. 
 
The easiest way to initiate your refund with us is through our return/warranty portal.  it will take you through the seamless process of either setting up a replacement/exchange order or a refund for the device. 
 
If you return your device without the original cable and adapter, we reserve the right to apply a $10 fee per accessory. 
 
To keep our prices as affordable as possible, the 30-day return policy applies to only devices (phones, headphones, computers, etc). Any added accessories, bundles, or premium shipping is a nonrefundable product and/or service.
